Happy Mother's Day

For those who don't know, there is only one mother here at our house, and that is Lilac.  She's the mother of Blueberry and eleven other puppies, all of whom were born long before Lilac came into our lives.  Blueberry came to live with us after the first person who adopted her decided she couldn't take her back after we'd watched her during the woman's surgery.  She wanted her to stay with her mom since she couldn't keep her.

So, as we celebrate Mother's Day today, we'll just leave you with a few pictures to enjoy.  We wish all the mothers out there a Happy Mother's Day, whether you're a furry mom to puppies or kittens, a mom to human children, or a mom to dogs!  Enjoy your day!  We celebrate you!
