A Model Almost Loses The Limelight

Bunny here with my report about visiting school with Mom again today.  I got to see one of my favorite fans today.  Her mom and dad said it was okay for her to take a picture with me.  I'm hoping she rethinks this kindergarten business!

My job today was to be a model.  The kids in class wanted to draw pictures of me.  They call it observation drawing.  I was quite impressed by their artistic talent.  They had to look at me a lot.  My eyes, ears, nose, tail, legs and tummy were all inspected.  They asked a lot of questions about my tattoos.  I had to stand up and turn around for a long time.  Finally, I was exhausted and had to take a break.  The kids were very understanding, and one of them even gave me a little massage.

I think the pictures turned out pretty well!  They put them up on the planning board.

Blueberry was supposed to model with me, but someone *cough, Dad, cough* fell asleep again on the couch this morning and by the time she arrived, the drawing was done.  She still got to visit the kids some, though.  I think they liked me better, but maybe that's just because I'm smaller.  She was busy checking out the classroom some, so she didn't socialize as much as I did, either.  I can't say that I mind being in the spotlight, though!  Maybe Blueberry will get her turn another time.

  14. Bunny, you outdone yourself, hun! Glad that Blueberry finally showed up, but sorry she missed the drawing. *cough thanks dad cough*

You're a more natural model anyway, Bunny. It's just pure natural talent -- but yeah, you do deserve some payment for all the inspiration you provided...like maybe an extra treat. :)

  15. I'm impressed. It takes a lot of patience to be a model. I'm glad that someone gave you a massage afterwards... tough work deserves a massage.

Tell Bunny that Sid will be visiting soon too, because he'll soon be a PAT dog! We don't know what kind of placement we'll get yet, but I'm sure he'd love schoolchildren. Let's face it, he loves everyone!

For those who wish to seem.
    Those who wish to be
    Must put aside the alienation,
    Get on with the fascination,
    The real relation,

  23. Most interesting impressions of your flat self those kids drew. I think you will need to visit school more often so that they can practice.
