Bunny here, taking over the keyboard to tell you about my latest discovery.

You may recall a while back that Mom got a box of chocolate from her friend in Sweden.  It had chocolate in it that made even my nose drool!  There was raspberry yogurt inside the chocolate.  I don't know who the genius is who thought of this delicious concoction, but he or she deserves a special place in heaven for it.  Anyroo, Mom got another box the other day, and sure enough, there was more chocolate in there.

I turned on the doe eyes immediately.  Mom put most of it away, but she sat down with me on the couch and started to eat some.  I couldn't believe that she could be so rude and hard-hearted.  I put my paw on her leg.  I sighed.  She turned and looked at me.  She reminded me that chocolate really isn't good for dogs.  I'm not sure I believe that.  It may just be a lie that people tell so they can keep it all to themselves.  I ignored the comment and batted my eyelashes at her, scooting closer to her on the couch.

And then, the magic happened.  She took a piece, bit it in half, and gave half to me.  Oh, it was magnificent!  It was like the joy of the first spring run in the dog park magically happened in my mouth!  I almost fell off the couch in ecstasy.  I only had that one little taste, but I know that there is more here somewhere.

  8. I agree with you about the two leggers and chocolate thingy. It's just a two legger myth that they have spread. MEAN. They keep all the chocolate and Thumbs for themselves.
Thank you for sharing this most delicious post with us. You did an excellent job of showing us what it would look like if... we got lucky!!

  9. Bunny, I'm sure it was the batting of the eyelashes and the paw on her leg that did the trick! How could anyone resist that adorable face of yours??? I know I sure couldn't! Which was yummier, the chocolate or the yogurt? :)

  10. My what a looooonng tongue you have Bunny!

  11. I never get chocolate either. I do get yoghurt though. Yummy, delicious yoghurt!

  12. I am guilty of letting all my dogs have a taste of chocolate, too! Your tongue may just be longer than Oscar's! He has a tongue almost as long as his dachshund body!

  13. Bunny! You had chocolate? and your mom got TWO boxes within a few days? OMD what was it like? Just heaven? How does it feel on your tongue? Does it stick on your teeth? Is it like steak? Wow, you had chocolate.

  14. How do I make those boxes start showing up at my house? Sounds sinful!

  15. Thou are a lucky girl, Bunny! ^_^

  16. My dogs believe that the dog geniuses should be hard at work on two mysteries of the universe: the doorknob problem and creating dog-friendly chocolate. If you know any canine scientists, mention these ideas to them!

I love that last pict. What a happy Bunny!

  17. Bunny-
